The Kick Asthma® Naturally Program
The Kick Asthma® Naturally program consists of the Buteyko breathing exercises and comprehensive asthma education per the guidelines of the NIH (National Institute of Health).

Kick Asthma® and the Buteyko Method exercises can be learned three ways:

• through private instruction
• in a workshop or
• from the Kick Asthma® Naturally home video/dvd

The Kick Asthma® workshop consists of a 10 hour intensive workshop and follow-up. Classes last approximately two hours and are given over the span of 4-10 days. After you have completed your intensive class, you can attend refresher courses free of charge for six months.

Choose from weekend, day or evening classes.

What You Can Expect from The Kick Asthma® Naturally Program
Clinical trials show that the average asthmatic comes off of 90% of their bronchodilators within three weeks of taking the course.

Course Participants Learn:
	What asthma is, the physiology of asthma, how to recognize an asthma attack, and how to identify and mitigate triggers.
	Types of asthma medications and their correct usage per NIH Guidelines.
	The Buteyko Breathing Exercises -
	•	how to measure their health and likelihood of asthma
	•	how to stop an asthma attack without medication
	•	how to identify and stop hyperventilation attacks
	•	how to exercise with asthma
	•	what to do in the case of cold or flu
	•	the effect of diet and nutrition on asthma
	As a participant you will receive
	•	a personalized action plan designed to monitor your condition
	•	individual instruction to integrate the breathing exercises into your daily life for maximum benefit.

Classes are taught monthly. Choose either weekend, day or evening sessions.

Class Refreshers
Course graduates are welcome to attend as many refresher sessions as you like within six months of your original course.

Weekend Intensive Classes:

A weekend intensive is 5 sessions packed into 4 days. The course begins on a Thursday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon. Two class sessions are covered on Saturday. This is ideal for those coming from out of town.

Day or Evening Classes:

Each course has 5 sessions spread over 2 weeks, with a day class time or an evening class time to choose from. The course begins with a 3-day intensive and then finishes the following week. This is the best way to learn the program if you are not from out of town.
